It is with great pleasure today that we announce The Kairos 50. The Kairos 50 annually recognizes the world’s most innovative ventures started by undergraduate college entrepreneurs. This distinguished list is made up of diverse ventures with the ability to change the world through innovation in education, clean energy, healthcare, technology, commerce, and more. The Kairos 50 is the only reputable list in the world that consists of only student-run companies.
In addition to global recognition, the recipients of the Kairos 50 will be invited to the prestigious Kairos Global Summit that is held February 2-5, 2012 in New York City. The Kairos 50 will have the honor of being unveiled on the floor of the NYSE, displaying their businesses to Kairos students and over 150 world leaders, as well as leading global press outlets. The companies in the Kairos 50 will have unlimited access to the Kairos network consisting of students, mentors, executives, and press worldwide throughout the year.
By honoring these 50 global university ventures, The Kairos Society is helping the world’s future leaders drive the high-growth and high-impact innovation and entrepreneurship that will solve problems and change the world.
Applications are available on our website, www.kairossociety.org and will be open until 11:59pm EST on December 27th, 2011. The list will be announced on January 1st, 2012.
