We look for partners and mentors who believe in enabling and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. Together, we work to create unique opportunities that accelerate our fellows’ impact in the world today. Our community is immersed in the next generation of breakthrough technologies. Renowned organizations, corporations, and global forums look to Kairos fellows to collaborate on innovative initiatives throughout the world.
SOME OF OUR PAST EVENTS INCLUDE:
Alibaba - In 2010
We teamed up with Alibaba to send 50 of our fellows to China alongside Governer Schwartzenegger and former Alibaba.com CEO David Wei. The fellows spent a week in Hanghzhou and Shanghai exploring entrepreneurial opportunities to create international startups with China. As part of a contest hosted by Alibaba, the fifty fellows were selected for the all-expense paid trip at the 2010 Kairos Global Summit.
For the past two years, the Kairos Society has partnered with the prestigious Ambrosetti Forum. The event, held annually at the historic Villa D'Este on the pristine Lake Cuomo in Italy, is among the most highly regarded and selective geopolitical conferences of the year, bringing together top government officials and corporate executives to discuss the state of Europe. In 2011, fifteen Kairos Fellows from around the world were selected as Leaders del Futuro to represent the next generation at the private gathering.
World Foresight Forum
As partners of the 2011 World Foresight Forum, one of Europe’s most important geopolitical meetings, the Kairos Society selected 100 top students from around the world to participate in the week long forum in Den Haag, Netherlands. Selected fellows spoke on panels, contributed to roundtable discussions and had the opportunity to meet with global leaders including Former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar, Former Massachusetts Governor and Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge and British Defense Chief Lord Charles Guthrie.
St.Petersburg International Economic Forum
Since 2011, the Kairos Society has partnered with the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum to find student leaders and innovators from across the world and team them with the Russian delegates to engage in both public discussion and development of key modernization projects.
