  • Dylan Reid Chief Executive Officer College of Architecture, Art, & Planning, Cornell University

    Dylan Reid is Chief Executive Officer of the Kairos Society where he oversees the organization’s strategies and initiatives. Dylan is a student at Cornell University’s College of Architecture, Art and Planning where he a founding member and principal investigator at the Design Research Group. He has written about design, innovation and public policy for a number of different publications and journals. 

     
  • Victoria Schramm President Art History/Visual Studies, Georgetown University

    Victoria Schramm is President of the Kairos Society where she oversees daily operations of the organization and maintains the Kairos global network. Victoria first became involved in Kairos as the founder and Executive Fellow of Kairos at Georgetown University. Victoria previously served as Chief of Staff of Kairos and has a background in marketing, advertising and PR. Victoria is a Senior at Georgetown University studying Art History. Upon graduation, she hopes to embark on her own venture. 

     
  • Ted Gonder Director of Strategic Partnerships Geography, University of Chicago

    Ted Gonder is Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Kairos Society. He is currently a rising senior at the University of Chicago where he is majoring in Geography. He is an experienced entrepreneur and has worked at several start-ups. He also  has launched a successful statewide climate-change campaign. He is the co-founder of Moneythink, a mentorship program that teaches financial literacy and entrepreneurship to urban high school students.

     
  • Elizabeth Schieffelin Director of Member Services Regional & Comparative Studies, Georgetown University

    Elizabeth Schieffelin is Director of Member Services of the Kairos Society. In this role, Elizabeth engages and connects fellows all over the world. Elizabeth is a rising junior at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. She is a Regional & Comparative Studies major, focusing on the role of domestic and international institutions in state development in Western Europe and East Asia. She speaks French, Mandarin and Greek. She will be spending her next semester studying in Shanghai

     
  • Andreas Nicholas Creative Director Film, Rhode Island School of Design

    Andreas Nicholas is the Creative Director at the Kairos Society. In this role, he works to develop a cohesive brand and ensure that the vision is consistently represented both visually and conceptually across Kairos. Andreas is a third year student at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in the Film/Animation/Video Department. Andreas has engaged in a diverse range of projects including producing a mini documentary with Paul Farmer on Partners In Health's new hospital in Haiti. Andreas is currently searching for a way to bring a greater level of humanity to technology as a means of facilitating meaningful ideas & conversations.

     
  • Samantha Smith Director of Global Development & Partnerships Government, Human Nature, New York University

    Samantha Smith is Director of Global Development and Partnerships at the Kairos Society. In this role, she oversees the organization's global growth and the creation of partner alliances for greater impact. Sam is a third year student at New York University where she is designing a self-directed major in entrepreneurship, government, and human nature. She has worked across the public, private and non-profit sectors for a variety of organizations including DoSomething.org, KIND Healthy Snacks and the Office of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

     
  • Ben Gottesman Director of Business Development International Finance, Marketing & Business Law, University of Miami

    Ben Gottesman is Director of Business Development for the Kairos Society.  In this role, he oversees corporate partnership and brand development. Ben is a marketing veteran and entrepreneur who has founded three companies in the entertainment, hospitality and media industries.  Ben is a senior at the University of Miami studying international finance, marketing and business law.

  • Reona Hu Director Marketing, Kairos Hong Kong Advertising, Journalism, University of Hong Kong

    Reona Hu is the Director of Marketing with Kairos Society Hong Kong where she works to promote Kairos and its Fellows. She is a student of Advertising in at the University of Hong Kong and has a degree in Journalism. Reona works in marketing and PR for a Hong Kong luxury shopping mall and is a PR professional with experience in the automotive industry as well.

     
  • Ouya Wang Director of Communications, Kairos Hong Kong Actuarial Sciences, University of Hong Kong

     

    Ouya Wang is the Director of Communications for the Kairos Society Hong Kong. She studies Actuarial Science at the University of Hong Kong. Ouya speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, French and English and works to increase the impact of young entrepreneurs.

     
  • Cherie Liang Director of Fellowship, Kairos Hong Kong Business Administration & Information Systems, University of Hong Kong

     

    Cherie Liang is the Director of Fellowship for Kairos Hong Kong. She studies Business Administration & Information Systems at the University of Hong Kong. She comes from a multicultural background and is committed to utilizing her expertise in consultation for aspiring future entrepreneurs.

     
  • Shem Shaikh President, Kairos Middle East Economics & Mathematics, New York University

     

    Shem Shaikh is the President of Kairos Middle East where he focuses on development and partnerships. Shem is a senior at New York University and studies economics and mathematics and previously worked with The Citizens Foundation in Pakistan and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He is now working as an Analyst at Abraaj Capital.

     
  • Alessandro Luca President, Kairos UK Finance, Oxford University

    Alessandro Luca is the President of Kairos UK. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of the the organization. A final-year student at Oxford, Alessandro works with the Saïd Business School on topics such as Strategy, Marketing and Finance. His background is in investment banking although he has worked in a variety of industries- from media to law,

     
  • Rishabh Ladha President, Kairos India Electrical Engineering, VIT University

    Rishabh Ladha is the President of the Kairos Society India Chapter where oversees operations and manages the growing team. Rishabh is a senior at VIT University in India studying Electrical Engineering. He has also been nominated as an International Climate Champion and a Global Changemaker by the British Council and is now working on promoting Green Building Investments in India.

     
  • Titiaan Palazzi President, Kairos Netherlands Sustainable Energy Technology, Delft University of Technology

    Titiaan Palazzi is the Founder and President of Kairos Netherlands where he oversees the events, growth and structure of Kairos. Titiaan is a senior studying Sustainable Energy Technologies at Delft University. He is the co-founder of a successful event organizing company; he has experience in strategy consulting and retrofitting and he will spend the next year investigating a promising solar technology.

  • Carl Shan Executive Fellow Statistics, UC Berkeley

     

    Carl Shan is an Executive Fellow at UC Berkeley. He is majoring in. Along with another Kairos Fellow, Carl founded CompassPoint mentorship and aspires to create a scalable, high-impact organization that empowers other individuals to change the world. 

     
  • Holly Ormseth Executive Fellow Computer Science & Finance, Georgetown University

    Holly Ormseth is the Executive Fellow uniting Kairos at Georgetown University and represents Kairos in the Washington area. She is majoring in Computer Science and Finance. Holly founded Originally Nu, a graphic design organization that utilizes student designers to make reasonably priced logos and is a the Georgetown Founder of Moneythink, a financial literacy not-for-profit in the 2011 K50. 

     
  • Henry Wang Executive Fellow Applied Mathematics & Statistics, UC Berkeley

    Henry Wang is an Executive Fellow at UC Berkeley. He is majoring in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Henry hails from New Zealand, is currently working on a fashion startup, and enjoys has interests including applied game theory in nuclear disarmament, quantitative finance and commodity trading. 

     
  • Brian Rudolph Executive Fellow Finance & International Business, Emory University

    Brian Rudolph is the Executive Fellow uniting Kairos at Emory University. He is concentrating in Finance and International Business and is the president of the Emory Entrepreneurs Network.  Brian has a passion for music and runs a music and lifestyle blog.

     

     
  • Ethan Fedida Executive Fellow Medicine, Health & Society, Vanderbilt University

    Ethan Fedida is an Executive Fellow uniting Fellows at Vanderbilt University. Ethan studies Medicine, Health, and Society and is minoring in Sociology and Philosophy. Ethan has started several small businesses in the past and currently works in entertainment.

     
  • Andrew Tom Executive Fellow Finance, Statistics, Public Policy, New York University

    Andrew Tom is the Executive Fellow at NYU and represents Kairos in the NYC area. He is currently a junior majoring in Finance and Statistics with a minor in Public Policy. He has spent the last two years working at long/short equity hedge funds covering the healthcare industry, most recently for the past year at the Soros Fund Management.

     
  • Dexter Zhuang Executive Fellow Economics & Public Policy, Dartmouth College

    Dexter Zhuang is the representing Executive Fellow at Dartmouth College. He is majoring in economics and minoring in public policy. Dexter is a co-founder at the Seeds Consulting Group and is also designing a performance measurement system for the Upper Valley Business and Education Partnership through a Tucker Class of 1982 Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship. 

     
  • Mark Dirzulaitis Executive Fellow International Relations & Economics, Johns Hopkins University

    Mark Dirzulaitis is the Executive Fellow uniting and representing Kairos at Johns Hopkins University. He is a senior pursuing a joint BA/MA in International Relations and Economics. He is interested in pursuing a career in finance that fosters development in the emerging markets and currently works for a start up called Jobbook.com.

     
  • Jeremy Fiance Executive Fellow Business & Economics, UC Berkeley

    Jeremy Fiance is an Executive Fellow at UC Berkeley where he works to unite Kairos and represent Kairos in the Silicon Valley community. Jeremy studies business and interdisciplinary topics with a focus on the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in economic growth. Currently working on a startup in the tech education space, Jeremy's experience ranges from working with a student startup, a private wealth management firm, an angel investment firm, and a not-for-profit.

     

     
  • Daniel Bingyou Executive Fellow Business, Duke University

    Daniel Bingyou is the Executive Fellow at uniting Kairos at Duke and representing Kairos in Durham, North Carolina. At Duke Daniel studies Business. He is currently the Vice President of Sales for Sidewalk Media Inc, a Durham-based startup helping businesses capture off-peak consumer traffic in a hyper-local target market.

     
  • Giles Holt Executive Fellow Architecture, Design, Development & Organizations, Rhode Island School of Design

    Giles Holt is the Executive Fellow uniting Kairos at RISD and representing Kairos in Providence, Rhode Island. Giles is pursuing a bachelors in Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design and is slowly working to change the way we interact with our built environment. He is also manages content and programming as vice chair of A Better World by Design—a global organization dedicated to expanding the conversation around socially engaged design.

  • Jaclyn Noble Board of Directors Entrepreneurship, Babson College

    Jaclyn Noble is a founding member and the Director of Global Events at the Kairos Society. In this role, Jaclyn oversees the organization's global summit's. Jaclyn is a fourth year student at Babson College where she is pursing a major in entrepreneurship management and strategic management. Over the last seven years she has worked across a variety of sectors including software, tech, consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing for a variety of companies including Southwest Airlines, TE Connectivity, BroadSoft Inc, Cvent, Intact Technology, and more.

     
  • Ankur Jain Chairman & Founder The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

    Ankur Jain founded the Kairos Society while a freshman at Wharton during the onset of the global financial crisis. Jain, seeing the uneasiness of his fellow classmates, and drawing on his own entrepreneurial background, realized that entrepreneurship would be the key to global prosperity and economic stability. What began among friends at the University of Pennsylvania is now a global movement, connecting and inspiring entrepreneurs on four continents.

     
  • Jake Medwell Board of Directors Business Administration, USC

    Jake Medwell is one of the founding members of The Kairos Society. Formerly serving as Vice President of Sponsorship, Cheif of Staff, and Founder of the USC Fellowship, he now sits on the board of directors. During his time at USC, Jake co-founded Solé Bicycles, a sustainable fixed gear single speed bicycle company. Solé has been named "Coolest College Start-Up of 2011" and the two founders were named Newpreneur of the year by Alibaba.com.

    David Wyler is one of the founding members of the Kairos Society. Formerly serving as the Chairman of Kairos Europe, he currently sits on the Board of Directors. In 2011 he graduated from the University of Amsterdam, where he majored in Economics.

    Ryder Fyrwald is one of the founding members of the Kairos Society. Formerly serving as the Head of Global Fellows, Ryder currently sits on the Board of Directors for Kairos. In 2011 he graduated from USC, where he studied Entrepreneurship.
